• Benefits of Restorative Yoga and specific postures
• Practice of key Restorative Yoga Postures, and variations of popular postures
• Sequencing of Restorative Yoga – learn how to create special Restorative Practices for various student needs – for fertility, back pain and menopause.
• Additional sample therapeutic Restorative Sequences – for menstrual health, fatigue, immune system and headache.
• How to integrate Restorative Yoga in your general class
• Practice Teaching to increase your fluency of instruction, including prop-set ups and developing your own beautiful teaching script
Bliss Baby Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) and Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS). The hours undertaken in this 18-hour, 2-day intensive can be claimed as Continuing Professional Development points with Yoga Alliance. Registrants of this Teacher Training course will receive a Completion Certificate and will be able to use the course hours to accrue these necessary professional development hours.
This course is open to male and female yoga teachers, yoga teacher trainees, yoga therapists, or those working in a related health field. You will preferably have 6 months to 1 year prior yoga practice experience.

Ana Davis is an experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer based in Australia with over 20 years of teaching experience, including training teachers for the last 11 years. Ana is the founder and director of Bliss Baby Yoga, < link to: https://www.anadavis.com> which offers Prenatal, Postnatal and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training courses across Australia, internationally and online!
In 2013, Ana also founded Moving with the Moon which offers workshops and classes on yoga for the menstrual cycle, menopause and fertility.
